The top half of the computer was used for school and was working, but the keyboard broke. The computer owner left the keyboard outside because it was not working. Since it still has her label on it, nobody is touching it or moving it. Because nobody touches it, it has been left outside and down by over and over by weather, animals, and nature itself. The keyboard stays there, waiting for someone to claim it.
